The Dominikaner Weingut includes the Pauliner Hof, a former monastery from the eighteenth century which was originally a Merovingian donation. Today, the Pauliner Hof is the vinotheque of the winery and a beautiful event location. Here you can taste our wines in a pleasant atmosphere and hold your celebration in a very personal setting.
Celebrate your wedding in the light-flooded atrium and enjoy a summer evening on our terrace under the overhanging chestnut tree with a view of the steep vineyards. Enjoy the dignified parlour “Prälatenstube”. Plan your Christmas or birthday party in the cozy barn “Katharinen Scheune” with its open fireplace. For any occasion, the Pauliner Hof restaurant can cater to your needs. Guests wishing to stay overnight can choose between four delightful guest rooms at the Pauliner Hof.
